Mindset Coaching with Garren
Garren works with every client to develop a personalized mental training and performance plan. These plans are based on the age and experience level of the client, current mental strategies that may or may not be working for the client and goals the client has in mind for their performance. Garren believes in a collaborative working relationship and prides himself on getting to know and understand his clients. It is through this collaborative working relationship that Garren combines his expertise and and experience with the unique needs of his individual clients.

Learn how to apply sport and performance psychology techniques to competition and performance. Create a mental performance plan that you can use to perform to your potential more consistently when it matters the most.
Developmental Strategies
Incorporating sport psychology into practice and training can help you develop your physical skills and abilities more efficiently as well as ensure your effort in practice transfers to competition. Garren also works with his clients to develop plans for practicing mental skills in order to better utilize them in training and competition.
